The download page is accessible only after validation of your payment (Make sure you enter the correct email address when placing your order). Following validation, an invoice with your personal access code to the download site is immediately sent to you by email.
You have two options :
- Immediate download or
- Download within 21 days
If you opt for a deferred download or if you have to download your software again, all you need to do is come back to this website. Click on the link included in your invoice email and you will be directed back to your download page.
The authorization to download is valid for three weeks, and:
- Allows you to download according to your preference: daytime or in the evening during off-peak hours.
- Gives you the opportunity to schedule the download during the night if you need the Internet bandwidth and/or generally use the computer during the day.
- Authorizes you to download your product as often as needed in case of any connection problem that may interrupt the download.

Secured Payment by credit card is ensured by the KEYTECH payment platform.
We comply with the secured encrypted mode (SSL) according to the ISO 8583 standard. This insures that your banking information is completely encrypted and protected.
How to order ?
1. Select your product then click on 'Download' to purchase your product.
2. Confirm your purchase order:
Once you click on the purchase link, you will be redirected to a confirmation page which:
- Lists the products included in your shopping basket (title, version, quantity, and purchase amount)
- Enables you to change the quantity of any selected product or remove it from the shopping basket
- Enables you to select the Download Extension feature which grants you download access to your products during one year
3. Create an account if you are a new customer:
You will be asked to fill out a registration form, including:
- Your Name and Address (used for the generation of your invoice)
- Your email (to send you your digital invoice and download link)
- Your Billing and Shipping Address (if you purchase a box product with physical delivery)
Select your Payment method:
Once you have completed the form, click on 'Validate' and select your payment method. From the moment you choose to pay by credit card, you will be redirected to a secure payment platform (SSL)

When you pay by credit card, your payment is validated instantly and you are provided a direct access to the download page. If you want to download at a later time, you can access this page within 21 days from receipt of the payment confirmation email.
